"I started working with Ryan in late 2023. At the time, my body fat percentage was 30%. My torso fat mass was 40 pounds. In less than a year my body fat percentage dropped to 19 and my torso fat mass dropped to 25 pounds, and I lost six inches off my waist. I’m in better shape now than I was during my Army days. “Before I met Ryan in early August 2023, I weighed around 190 pounds at 19 and felt disgusted with myself, never feeling confident. On August 13, 2023, I began my weight loss journey with Ryan, who gave me a gym routine to follow and a calorie goal while providing great advice. Over the course of 4 months, I dropped from 190 to 165 pounds following Ryan’s advice. Under Ryan’s mentorship, friends and family noticed a significant boost in my physique, mental health, and confidence. "As a marathon runner, it has always been hard for me to gain any sustainable weight. On top of this, I really only knew how to train for sport rather than to build muscle. When I started working with Ryan, he helped me build out a program that focused on slow and controlled weight gain as to not hinder my running performance. Through this, we were able to build 13lbs of lean muscle while maintaining progress towards my marathon goals. Ryan has helped me create a foundation in lifting that I can’t wait to build off of from here."
